Pinecrest Preserve

Included in the Estancia community is a private, 20-acre mountainside park called Pinecrest Preserve. The park has a well-groomed half-mile trail that winds upward more than 250 feet through a groomed Ponderosa pine forest to a beautiful scenic overlook. Atop the overlook is a gazebo, a small cabin with a wood stove, a BBQ grill and an old-fashioned outhouse. Perfect for a quick morning run, a family picnic,  private parties, or other secluded get-togethers. The park also offers access to hiking trails through the adjacent San Juan National Forest.
